Start by feeling safe with one another. Talk in an open space around others.

Next, Listen and give positive feedback.

Communicate frequently & in a Positive tone.

Support one another. It doesn’t mean you will always agree. Sometimes agreeing to disagree opens up communication.

Find time for one another. Pencil in Your time together and please..please Schedule time for yourself.

These are just a few ways of a Healthy mind, Healthy You.♡
